NSC-NIH

On September 14, 2012 (Thursday), invited LGU health officials from Pateros, Pasig and Marikina will have an exposure meeting at NSC-NIH.  The following Thursday, on September 21, 2012, LGU health officials from Pasay and Las Piñas will attend a similar event at the center.  This event is organized by the Center for Health Development-Metro Manila and the Newborn Screening Center-NIH.

Meet the NSC-NIH Staff PDF Print E-mail

The Newborn Screening Center-National Institutes of Health is the first Department of Health (DOH)-accredited newborn screening center in the country. The center provides the most advanced newborn screening testing for a panel of six disorders and expanded newborn screening in Regions 5, 4B and NCR. It is presently headed by Dr. Anna Lea Elizaga with Ms. Geralyn Valeza as Laboratory Manager and Ms. Wenalyn Umali as Program Manager.
